Switch to avr-rust.org

Hello,

It appears that several months ago the domain "avr-rust.com" was possibly taken over after expiring, and the website and subdomain "book.avr-rust.com" are currently redirecting to an untrustworthy website instead of GitHub Pages.

On the assumption that the "avr-rust.com" domain might not be possible to regain control of I've recreated the page at "book.avr-rust.org". My proposed changes in this pull request are to change the documentation in README.md from "book.avr-rust.com" to "book.avr-rust.org", as well as to change the mdBook installation and usage documentation in README.md and the GitHub workflow responsible for publishing the mdBook site.

Whether or not you merge this pull request please also feel free to contact me if you'd like me to change the "book.avr-rust.org" DNS entry to point to the "avr-rust" GitHub organization so you're able to use it for a GitHub Pages custom subdomain or if anyone in the "avr-rust" organization would like me to transfer the "avr-rust.org" domain to them.
