-Incorporated new ATB data -Cleaned up various parts of code
Fixed dir issue in GetRenewableCFs
Added shell scripts for running on supercomputer, and modified main script by adding a shell script and pulling out key inputs.
cleaning up GAMS folder
Restructured MASTER.py format so can run in parallel on GL. Also included .sh and .sbat scripts for kicking off multiple runs simultaneously.
