Logpath defaults to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\console.log" so this wont work if your path differs. You may be able to get it work by pointing env var TF2_LOGPATH to your TF2 console.log file.
Get a steam api-key and set it into env var STEAM_KEY.
