Is there a rule to detect unknown arguments in docstring?

In the following example, f only has x but the docstring contains y. Is there a rule to detect unknown arguments like y?

def f(x: str):
    """
    Args:
        x: string
        y: another string  <- unknown argument

    """
    ...

I think you also have to set preview and a convention, but there's no such rule. There's #13280, but we must figure out what to do with the two overlapping rules. We're working on it, but it may take a bit longer.
