[AE-79] Switch useGreyScale value in Processing sketch without changing code #673

This PR allows you to change the useGreyScale boolean value while the Processing sketch is running, simply by hitting the space bar. This eliminates the need to change the processing sketch and re-run it. And ensures compatibility between Portenta Vision Shield (Greyscale) and Nicla Vision / Giga (RGB)

I'll need to toggle either before running the sketch or during runtime with your space-keypress function for it to display a frame, but even then it is very buggy. Connection timing out, failing to connect, or freezing the sketch(not letting me toggle back and forth). : (
