chore(helm): Reformat helm chart templates

SUMMARY

The PR reformats chart templates to one style with more readable blocks and indents.
The PR does not change any functionality of the chart.

TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

The following command install the chart

helm install superset helm/superset

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Includes DB Migration (follow approval process in SIP-59)
  • Migration is atomic, supports rollback & is backwards-compatible
  • Confirm DB migration upgrade and downgrade tested

• Removes existing feature or API

Did you use a tool to perform the reformat? I ask because if so, we should probably perform a lint step in CI to enforce some rules around formatting :).

Unfortunately no - only manual work, only hardcore :)
I'm looking for a way to automate it and I'll come back with the PR if I find. There is a similar issue apache/airflow#30546.
