[sedona/docs/image/geospark-zeppelin-demo.json]. Added EXPLODE with ST_Pixelize to flatten which is required after for Sedona on and after v1.0.1.

Added EXPLODE with ST_Pixelize to flatten which is required after for Sedona on and after v1.0.1.

Locally with a docker spark zeppelin image.
