This fixes the issues in broadcast left and anti joins with null geometries.
Rows are mapped to (Geometry, UnsafeRow) to allow rows with null geometries to be emitted.
Conditions for left and anti joins, where nulls can happen, checks for null.
This patch also adds a SQLMetric for number of output row visible in spark-ui. All native Spark join exec have them
