Modelling spread of infectious disease with non-linear systems of differential equations


Instructions

To generate the phase portrait, run 'Phase_Portrait.m' and make sure to have 'insert_arrow.m' and 'system1.m' in the same directory.

To generate the Runge-Kutta approximation of the system, run 'runge_system.m' and make sure to have 'f_system.m' in the same directory.

For explanation on the SIRS model, read 'Write_Up.pdf'
