How to install CP210x.c Virtual Com Port driver for Yocto Linux?

We have IOT_GATE_MX8 Device with arm64:
cat /opt/yocto/poky/meta-yocto/conf/distro/poky.conf | grep -HEi 'DISTRO_CODENAME =|DISTRO_VERSION ='
(standard input):DISTRO_VERSION = "1.7.3"
(standard input):DISTRO_CODENAME = "dizzy"
