Integrate User Creation within Company Creation Form

• User Creation Modal: Added a modal form for creating new users within the company creation modal.
• Seamless Integration: Ensured that the user creation form can be accessed and completed without disrupting the company creation process.
• Sidebar Integration: User creation can also be done via the sidebar.
• User List Visibility: All available users can be viewed in the users list, providing a comprehensive overview of existing users.

How to Test

1. Go to the company creation form.
2. Click on the "Want to create a new user? Click Here" link.
3. Fill out the new user creation form in the modal and submit.
4. Verify that the newly created user appears in the sales owner dropdown without navigating away from the company creation form.
5. Open the sidebar and create a new user from there. Ensure the new user is added to the users list.
6. Navigate to the users list to see all available users.
