Subject of the issue/enhancement/features

Since adaptlearning/adapt-contrib-core#223, if the feedback title is empty, it no longer uses the component title as a fallback. The altTitle added in adaptlearning/adapt-contrib-core#201 is not included in the schemas or README.

The schemas, example.json and README need updating accordingly.
