部署疑问

我按照 https://njuptaaa.github.io/docs/#/noj/guide/docker 这个文件执行 docker-compose 后，打开网页出现如下报错：

我不明白我的部署过程有什么问题，为什么会少一个文件？

过了几分钟后打开又不报错了，我再试下其他功能
