Reproducibility for popV
Reproducibility notebooks to recreate figures from the manuscript, clean up Tabula sapiens and generate ontologies Figure 2-3 and Extended Data Figure 8 are organized as folders. Bladder and lymphnode wasn't used in the manuscript but during development and contain cross-validation results on those tissues from Tabula sapiens.
