It's an application for organizers of Meetup.com meetups who need to export the list of attendees that RSVP'd to a csv file that can be used for printing and send it to building security in needed.

It has a special feature for groups that need the first and last names of the attendees just set "Ask questions when members RSVP" to something like "Please provide your first and last name and the name of your guests for Building Security" the text doesn't matter and users can enter their name there and if they have guests they can put a comma dividing the name of people and the application will make a line for every attendee and also one for his guests with there names.
