Just noticed that the genome_stats.tsv is described to have "the required information for the MIMAG requirements". But as far as I can see, it includes a total count of all genes identified as tRNAs. Instead it should be a unique count of all tRNAs matching the 20 standard amino acids, quote: "tRNAs for at least 18 of the 20 possible amino acids" (see https://doi.org/10.1038/nbt.3893).

Thank you for choosing to use DRAM. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have the capacity to provide support for DRAM. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to stay tuned for the release of DRAM2, expected in 2025.

Best regards, DRAM dev team

Is this going to be fixed in DRAM2?

I will discuss with the development team. As of now, you should be able to determine this count from the output tRNA distillate tab.
Thanks!
