Can’t see Transform links on iPad #7343

Describe the bug
Controls not visible on iPad landscape, Gutenberg v3.0.1

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
On an iPad, using Safari

  1. Click on Add New
  2. If not already in it switch to code editor
  3. Write something
  4. Switch to Visual editor
  5. Find you’re in a Classic block
  6. Look for the icon that used to appear to the right of the block
  7. Try touching where it should have been
  8. See half the icons appearing.

Expected behavior
6. See what you’re looking for without having to guess.

Can’t see the icons to the left of the blocks either.

This issue is now resolved.
With the redesign of the block toolbar, the More options icon is within the block.
