I've just updated to 9.2.0 and now I can only see the 10 most recent reusable blocks in my page/post editor.

If I disable the plugin they all appear again.

This is to fix WordPress#26352. Having no limit seems like it could be risky, but
there are a number of other places in the codebase where all entities
are returned in one call to the API, including categories, which could
return a similar amount of data to this.

I ran into this today as well, with only 10 blocks showing in the editor.

This is to fix #26352. Having no limit seems like it could be risky, but
there are a number of other places in the codebase where all entities
are returned in one call to the API, including categories, which could
return a similar amount of data to this.

* Remove unnecessary quotes to fix lint error.
