Support m3u as backend/datasource #4

The app can be used with an m3u list as backend instead of tvheadend.
This will provide all features except recording and allows the usage as an alternative iptv app

basic m3u parser implemented which can be reused when setup is done with m3u list

  • next: Settings support for tvheadend config or m3u (non-tvheadend iptv) config
