How to submit a feature request

  • Before submiting a new feature request, make sure it isn't already submitted. Click here to see the list of currently open issues! Please note, features might already be planed by us, or they might be already submitted by other users so take your time and look at all of them.
  • Please use English to submit your request. You can use Google Translate to translate your native language into English. Important: if you are using Google Translate, make sure you write proper and grammatically correct in your own language before translating it into English.
  • To submit a feature request, open a new issue right here in this GitHub repository.
  • In the title field, enter a short and concise description of the feature you're requesting, for example: "Add ability to skin Volvo (2012) lightbox" - this helps others to quickly see if the feature was already requested when they are looking at the list of issues.
  • In the main body, explain what feature you wish to see in MS2. Please be as detailed as possible. Provide examples where possible (example of finished mod, for instance). Please use your own/public file hosting services for this and only paste links into the issue body.
  • Add the label feature request to your request. Do not add any other labels, we'll do that once we review your request. You can assign a label on the right side of the form. Please do not add any other metadata there, add only the label.
  • Submit your request
  • After we review the request, we'll assign appropriate labels (categories) to it, and add necessary comments/explanations. We might also sort the issue into an upcoming milestone (release version). As the author of the issue, you should receive all updates about the issue via email.
