Should not be able to attach the same author 2+ times to an exhibit

What happened?

When attaching authors to an exhibit, we allow multiple copies of the same author to be attached to the exhibit:

Until cloning is perfected, this sadly does not make sense.

If possible there should be a validation preventing this from being saved.
