Open into folder then:
python -m venv venv
venv/scripts/activate if Windows
source venv/bin/activate if Linux
pip install -r requirements.txt
python manage.py runserver 8000
Check out localhost:8000 for link
In a new terminal:
yarn install
yarn run dev
