Usage: Defense
The Toontown Damage Calculator actually deals with two forms of cog defense: Cog Defense Up, which reduces damage dealt by gags, and Cog Defense Down, which deals additional damage to cogs. Both of these variants of defense can be found under the Calculations menu.
Cog Defense Up is the variation of cog defense that reduces damage dealt to cogs by gags. Defense Up is percentile, and has 5 potential values:
- None
- 10%
- 15%
- 20%
- 25%
You can select a particular value of defense by either clicking on it within the Cog Defense Up dropdown in the Calculations menu, or by cycling between the values with the defense up keybind. By default, this keybind is Ctrl+D.
Each value of Cog Defense Up is annotated with a star value representing the tier of field office it will appear in.
Cog Defense Down is the variation of cog defense that increases damage dealt to cogs. It is slightly different from Defense Up in that it does not affect combo damage. Defense Down is percentile, and has 5 potential values:
- None
- -20%
- -40%
- -50%
- -60%
You can select a particular value of defense by either clicking on it within the Cog Defense Down dropdown in the Calculations menu, or by cycling between the values with the defense down keybind. By default, this keybind is Alt+D.
