A commercial continuation of UltraStar Play has been released on Steam under the name Melody Mania. It takes the game to the next level with improves visuals and extended features.
Development of Melody Mania happens in a private repository. From time to time, its code may be merged back into UltraStar Play. However, not everything Melody Mania has to offer can be included in UltraStar Play. This is because Melody Mania includes additional assets from the Unity Asset Store for improved visuals and features. Unfortunately, these assets are not compatible with the MIT license of UltraStar Play. Hope this is OK for you.
