Topological Data Analysis for Parameter Estimation of Noisy Biexponential Decay (UD GEMS research project)
Data.py is use for generating and analyzing data.
Metropolis.py contains Ryan's Metropolis code with some modifications.
Helpers.py contains helper functions for Data.py.
Plotters.py plots 2D point clouds as well as persistence barcodes and diagrams for any dimension.
The GEMS_Report pdf provides a detailed explanation of this research.
