Check and notify if a new house has been added to the list of houses at the auction of Poste Italiane's properties

- Scrape the list
- Save in Json format
- Scrape again
- Check if new home was added
- Notify if yes

- Chose only the city you are interested in
- Add more channels for possible notifications
- Add the URL of the home reference file
