🎉 Welcome to the 1.1.0 release of Gender Name!

Exciting news, Gender Name enthusiasts! We're thrilled to announce the release of version 1.1.0, packed with significant improvements and exciting changes.

🌐 Enhanced Models

In this update, we've fine-tuned our models for Brazilian (gnbr) and USA (gnusa) names, making gender predictions even more accurate and culturally specific. Your feedback played a crucial role in these enhancements, and we're confident you'll notice the difference!

🔄 API Refactoring

We've been working behind the scenes to streamline the Gender Name API. The code has undergone a thorough refactoring, ensuring a smoother experience for users like you. Now, accessing and utilizing our models through the API is not only accurate but also more efficient.

🌍 Models Go Open Source!

We're excited to announce that Gender Name models are now open source! You can explore and access the models directly from our GitHub repository. This move aligns with our commitment to transparency and collaboration within the community.

❗ Discontinuation of gn-1 Model

As we evolve, some decisions are tough but necessary. With version 1.1.0, we're bidding farewell to the gn-1 models. However, we believe the enhancements in our other models more than compensate for this change.

🙏 Your Feedback Matters

We're grateful for the support you've shown us on this journey. Your feedback and contributions have been invaluable. As always, we're eager to hear how you leverage these improvements and invite you to share your thoughts on our GitHub repository.

Thank you for being a part of the Gender Name community! 🎉

Stay tuned for more updates, and happy predicting!
