The Music Update

--Laid the groundwork for other modules in the future
--Added the ability for users to play music in voice channels
--Added the !join command to join a voice channel
--Added the !leave command to leave a voice channel
--Added the !play command to play a youtube link
--Added the !stop command to stop playback
--Removed the News feature in preparation for a total overall. We will soon be basing the feature in the twitter API instead

Known Issue:
--!newevent does not support its optional parameters. A fix is in the works for this issue. Please use !editevent in the meantime

Multi Guild Support

--Added support for multiple discord servers
--Added the ability for events to mention any role or user
--Addressed an issue where the bot would not properly update its status message
--Addressed an issue where events would not repeat until the bot was restarted
--Addressed an issue where event announcments were not tagging users
--Addressed an issue where users with non-alphanumeric characters in their discord username could not use !iam or !whoami"

-Addressed an issue where if the structure of the lodestone changed (most often during lodestone maintenance or when a news item was pinned) news retrieval would encounter an exception and cause unexpected behavior
