Introduction

Debug Mental Health is a web platform dedicated to promoting mental well-being and raising awareness about mental health issues. We created this project as a submission for the CodeFury 6.0 Hackathon.

Features

  • User Accounts: Users can create accounts and log in to access personalized features.

  • Journaling: A safe space for users to write and reflect on their thoughts and feelings.

  • Community Journal: Read and connect with other users' journal entries to foster a sense of community and support.

  • Mental Relax Games: Engage in fun and relaxing games designed to relieve stress and improve mood.

  • Peaceful Music: Enjoy a collection of calming music tracks to help with relaxation and mindfulness.

  • Mental Health Resources: Learn more about mental health issues, access helpful articles, and get information on seeking professional support.

  • Quotes Section: Inspirational and thought-provoking quotes to brighten your day, powered by the Quotable API.

  • Spotify Integration: Listen to a curated playlist of soothing music tracks via Spotify.

Getting Started

To run this project locally, follow these steps:

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/your-username/debug-mental-health.git
  2. Navigate to the project directory:

    cd debug-mental-health
  3. Install the project dependencies:

    npm install
  4. Start the development server:

    npm start
  5. Open your web browser and go to http://localhost:3000 to view the site.
