Minor update - removed the "v" from the release tag

This release contains several issue resolutions, several new UWP app entries for Windows 11, and some general cleanup. This release has been tested up to Windows 11 23H2.

2.1.2009.1 VDOT

This release includes one missing code segment that adds the last run time registry key. Because this release is a minor change to the base code, it version number is bumped as well.

2.0.2009.1 release of VDOT

This version adds the AdvancedOptions parameter as well as tags the registry with the version information of VDOT when run to include the last run time

Desktop Optimization with Logging

In this release, we have added in some logging for all of the optimizations that are being run. You will find the log file in path the script is run from with a name of WVDLog_02-18-2021_080100.csv.

Also as per a community suggestion, we are starting to version and create releases. Initially the numbering will resemble the following:

1.0.2004.0 - This will signify the following:
1 - Major changes to the .ps1 file
0 - Minor changes to the .ps1 file
2004 - What version of Windows 10 the latest configuration files support
0 - Minor changes to the Windows configuration changes
