  • add back connext and opensplice packages, since they're expected to be present even if they're not used
  • fixed gazebo lib/include paths (the fix was already specified in the instructions, but mistakenly missed)
  • add _SILENCE_EXPERIMENTAL_FILESYSTEM_DEPRECATION_WARNING flag

Note that to successfully build vision_opencv, I still had to fix OpenCV 4 support. I pulled in this PR's branch for that: ros-perception/vision_opencv#308
