Currently, the response submission form shows one question at a time.

In this project, you will add the ability for the respondent to group question by the receiver. For example, suppose there are 5 questions in a session, all of which are for the respondent to give feedback to team members. In this case, the respondent can be given the option to answer all 5 questions about one team member first before moving to the next team member. However, this option may not be appropriate in some situations, for example, for distribute-points type questions.
