Version 2.0.0 (Improved Folder Calculation)

• Extended functionality to accommodate project with an infinite number of sub-directories (not just 5 anymore)
  Uses a loop to calculate $upFolderPlaceholder
• Renamed $folderCount to $folderCountRaw & changed $folderCountAdjusted to $folderCount to make more logical sense

This last change will make it incompatible with older versions that use $folderCountAdjusted which is now just $folderCount
