This application contains the functionality for a privacy friendly break reminder. It includes a countdown timer, the possibility to choose exercises and define exercise sets. You can then choose different exercise sets, to complete during your break time. This app belongs to the group of Privacy Friendly Apps.

Data Backup

You can use the Privacy Friendly Backup app to backup and restore this application's data. This can also be used to migrate your data to a new phone.
