Minimalist app powering nanoGUI with Radium Engine

To compile, run

cmake .. -DCMAKE_MODULE_PATH=YOUR/PATH/TO/Radium-Engine/cmake

Dependencies:

• nanogui (i.e. clone and compile from https://github.com/wjakob/nanogui )
• glfw (i.e apt-get install libglfw3-dev)
