Any uploaded file can be downloaded (albeit with the correct URL) without having to authenticate first, presenting a security risk to any uploaded files.

I appreciate that uploaded files are given a random file name, but theoretically a brute force attack has a chance of retrieving at least some data. Additionally, I would like to protect those links from being shared out to anyone that isn't a registered user.
