Username shown instead of Name in sidebar when being first messaged

Description:

When getting messaged from a user for the first time, the Name will always be displayed as the username, like test.user instead of "Test User". Can easily be reproduced.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get Messaged by a user for the first time.

Expected behavior:

The Name should be "Test User".

Actual behavior:

The Name is test.user.

Server Setup Information:

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.68.3
• Operating System: Ubuntu
• Deployment Method: snap
• Number of Running Instances: 1
• DB Replicaset Oplog: enabled
• NodeJS Version: as shipped with snap
• MongoDB Version: as shipped
