Miscellaneous test improvements

This is mostly miscellaneous improvements that are not related:

• Started using sub-tests with tests from Potential fix to the tooltip with special characters bug #1203
• Reduced graph input size from 2500 to 100 nodes for one test case from Add is_semi_connected() to rustworkx #1215. It seemed excessive to run Floyd-Warshall with that many nodes to compare
• Remove print statements that are not necessary and show up in CI
