Heart Gold Super Kaizo Patches v0.0.2

Patch Details:

1. This patch includes Smart AI for all Trainers.
2. There is now a Celebi in both buildings that lead to National Park. Talking to the Celebi and selecting Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday will open the bug catching contest for that day when you talk to the person by the entrance. When you finish, talking to the Celebi and selecting a different day (or the same day) will reset the contest again, as many times as you need to.
3. The reward sequence after you end Bug Catching has been shortened.
4. There is now a Healer NPC in National Park for convenience. During bug catching, she will be near the center by a sign. Outside of bug catching, she will be by the fountain.
5. There should be no more random crashes (roamers, opening the map, etc.), and the auto-repel should now be 100% consistent. (Big thanks to UTDZac and OnlySpaghettiCode for this one ❤)
6. The restrictions for the Friendship Booster inside of the southeast house in Cherrygrove City have been lifted. The NPC can be used on all Pokémon for an unlimited amount of uses.

Limiter : The game plays at the original framerate
NoLimiter: Removes the limiter; the game plays more smoothly and feels faster
BGM: No changes to music from original game
NoBGM: Changes the behavior of the GB Sounds item to remove the background music

Smart AI Randomizer v2

Smart AI can now be applied to all gens including 6/7. For NatDex use the latest version which has Smart AI built-in.

Use this Randomizer JAR in place of the normal JAR, either in the Tracker's New Run setup or when you manually create roms. It is compatible with existing RNQS settings files, like those that come with the Tracker.

Smart AI Randomizer

This release contains a version of the randomizer specifically made to apply the "Smart AI" flags to all trainers. This works for all generation 3-5 games and does not require any additional patches. There is also a separate version that supports NatDex as well.
