The `--ingest_self true` option changes the source directory to the
current directory. The `--extensions` option allows the user to
select a subset of the file types to ingest.
For example, to ingest only the .py and .md files in the current
directory:
$ ingest --ingest_self true --extensions .py,.md
This allows the user to ask questions about the implementation of
this project.
