J, K, M, MU, Q series

see as C...H series below. This series uses a different file format and creates .zip files on the stick instead of .scm.

C, D, E, F, H series

Starting with the C-series you can use the Program menu of your TV and select the option "Transfer channel list".

When asked for the PIN, enter 0000

When you select to Export the file, it will always be written to a fixed file name that matches your model. If it already exists, it will be overwritten without asking.

The import function lets you choose between all *.SCM files found on the stick.

B series

On this series you need to enter a key combination on your remote to access a hidden menu. Details can be found on the SamyGO/ChanEdit Forum

In short you need to:

• Switch TV on
• Press Volume down once
• Press and hold the Enter button for 10 seconds.

In case it doesn't work:

• Verify that in the Sound Menu the option for Speaker Select is set to TV Speaker
• Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is disabled.

Creating a .scm file
The TV will create a directory on the stick, containing various data files, which cannot be processed by ChanSort directly. You need to select all the files and add them to a .zip archive (where the files are listed directly in the zip without any subdirectories) and change the file extension from .zip to .scm.

When finished modifying your channel list you need to unzip the .scm file again and put the files back in the original directory on your USB stick.
