PeaceFounder Admin - Alpha Release

I am thrilled to announce that the first major milestone with data persistence for the server and client has been reached. This allows us to easily push bulletin board records to GitHub and implement member termination, a crucial feature for reissuing membership in case of lost, compromised, or corrupt client devices. Together with just updated clients, this, in turn, enables the system to be used in limited contexts for low-stakes elections and referenda.

Future versions will focus on polishing. On the server side, implementing pagination for tables and the status page, improving snap packages to support registration integrations and setting precompilation is next in the pipeline.

PeaceFounder Server - Alpha Preview Release

🚧 Work in Progress: This is an early preview of the PeaceFounder server.

A first alpha preview of the PeaceFounder server application, which can be deployed on a Linux server. It contains an admin panel with which the voting system can be managed: enrollment of new members over email, braiding for anonymity, and issuance of proposals—tested to work with PeaceFounder client v0.0.2.

The goal of this version is to demonstrate all components with which voting system users would interact, which should help to evaluate future directions on where the voting system should evolve. This holistic view has also shown what abstractions have worked well and which ones need improvement for the PeaceFounder.jl, which will be the next step in the development.
