Description
I was in the middle of working on this spec file and wanted to avoid losing progress or having duplicated effort from someone else. We may want to split this up to several endpoints and some of the required metrics are not detailed or even possibly noted. This however should provide a good place to begin discussions and provide feedback for changes that may be required to flesh out the final feature. Comments have been added to the bottom of the spec file for attributes that may be required if we are not splitting up this response. Some additional attributes may be required that are not documented.
