Whole-body PBPK/PD models of the idarucizumab-dabigatran interaction and of dabigatran hemodialysis.
Within this repository, we distribute whole-body PBPK models of the idarucizumab-dabigatran interaction and of dabigatran hemodialysis, that have been carefully developed using a large number of clinical studies.
The MoBi project files contain simulations of all published clinical studies employed during model establishment, including the respective observed data digitized from literature reports. For further details, quantitative model evaluation, sensitivity analysis and extensive documentation please refer to [1].
The model is distributed under the GPLv2 License.
