Auth/encrypt fixes

To be used with wifimanager v0.1.0.

Fixes

• In Omega2WifiScan(), the authentication (WPA2, WEP, etc) and encryption (AES,TKIP) fields were stored switched. This caused lots of confusion in the wifisetup and wifimanager scripts, as well as the wireless configuration files.
