This is the Repository for the RFNBO configuration of the StEAM model
The StEAM model ist an integrated global energy system model. It contains electricity and hydrogen investment and dispatch modelling.
This is a reduced version of the model to cover Europe and neigbouring regions modified to investigate the Delegated Act on Renewable Fuels of non-biological Origin (RFNBO) in the context of a research paper.
The research for this paper was performed within the project “StEAM” (Sector transformation in the energy system: Analysis and modelling of possible hydrogen strategies) supported by the German Federal Ministry of economic affairs and climate action. Research grant number 03El1043A.
