Fix: If McuMgr Parameters are not supported, disable Pipelining/Reassembly/Erase App Settings #176

Previously we were disabling two of those, but not pipelining. Which in most cases, did not cause any issue. But sometimes it could, specially with devices running firmware built with older SDKs.
