This PR updates dependencies.
The Android BLE Library in version 2.5.1 fixed an issue, where
onConnectionUpdatedcallback was being removed by proguard. Because of that, the "additional throughput info" added in 1.3 of nRF Connect Device Manager were not available in production release.
