This PR improves the API of
McuMgrBleTransportrelated to setting maximum packet length. The old method has been deprecated in favor of a new one. Also, the newly added documentation notes, that this value is read from the device on connection from devices that support the new MCUMGR_PARAM command in OS Group (zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr#44643).Also, the McuMgr parameters are displayed on the Device Status pane.
