This PR adds the following:

  • nRF Logger icon for the connection screen - this can be used to open nRF Logger and see logs
  • Settings icon was changed to match the one for logger
  • Some log messages are promoted based on the content - for improving log readability

Also, activity transition animation added in #170 was slightly improved, which is not in the scope of the logger.
